Sophie graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Griffith University and has a strong passion for helping people move well and stay active at every stage of life. She enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with particular interests in neck, back and knee injuries.

Having a personal love for running and Pilates, Sophie understands firsthand the physical demands that sport and training can place on the body. She has a special interest in Clinical Pilates and incorporates Pilates principles into both her one-on-one treatment sessions and the Clinical Pilates classes she runs within the clinic. These classes focus on improving strength, control and movement quality, providing patients with a structured and supportive environment to build confidence and progress their rehabilitation.

By combining hands-on therapy with targeted exercise prescription, Sophie aims to empower her patients to take control of their recovery. Her genuine care, enthusiasm, and evidence-based approach make her a valued member of the team and a trusted practitioner for patients of all ages.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Sophie running, at a Pilates class, enjoying time at the beach, or walking her groodle Tony – who keeps her just as active as her patients do.
