Sarah is a passionate physiotherapist who loves helping improve her patient’s movement and return to the activities they enjoy most. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and Bachelor of Exercise Science at Griffith University in 2012. She has been part of the Allsports Physiotherapy team since 2010 and has worked with a wide range of patients, from busy professionals to active mums and athletes. Sarah believes physiotherapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to each individual. Her goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to help patients understand their bodies and feel confident managing them long term. She has a special interest in movement patterns of the body, Clinical Pilates, and helping people build long-term resilience through education and movement.
Sarah grew up in country Victoria and Darwin before eventually calling the Gold Coast home. Sarah has always had a strong interest in sport, movement, and health. After experiencing her own sporting injuries during her netball career, she saw firsthand how powerful physiotherapy can be, not just physically, but mentally as well. This experience inspired her to pursue a career where she could support others through their recovery journey.
Outside the clinic, Sarah keeps busy with her three children. She enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling when she can, staying active on her Pilates reformer, and making the most of quality time with family and friends. She is a big believer in balance and practising what she preaches when it comes to health and wellbeing.
Sarah looks forward to helping her patients move forward with confidence.
