Mitch is a passionate physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of South Australia and began his career working in a private practice in Adelaide, where he gained valuable experience treating a wide range of injuries while also working as head physiotherapist with local AFL and soccer teams.

With a keen interest in sport, gym training and running, Mitch enjoys working with active individuals and athletes of all levels. His experience working alongside sporting teams has helped him develop a strong understanding of the physical demands of sport and the importance of effective rehabilitation to get people back to performing at their best.

Mitch’s treatment approach centres on thorough assessment to guide targeted exercise prescription, supported by hands-on treatment techniques to help reduce pain and restore movement. He believes that empowering patients with the right exercises, education and management strategies is key to achieving long-term results.

Mitch has a particular interest in athletic and sporting injuries, as well as the management of neck pain and headaches.
