Jasmine is a Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with a strong background in high-performance sport and athlete rehabilitation. She holds a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy from La Trobe University and enjoys helping people of all backgrounds, from athletes to active individuals, recover from injury, build resilience, and return confidently to the activities that matter most to them.

Jasmine also works as a physiotherapist with the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) in Brisbane, supporting elite swimmers with injury management, rehabilitation, and performance-focused care.

Jasmine previously spent several years working within elite sport, most recently with the Gold Coast Suns AFLW program as lead physiotherapist, where she was involved in injury management, rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary performance support. During this time, she also contributed to coverage of the club’s AFL men’s program.
