Harry holds a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology (QUT). His honours research explored the barriers to physical activity for people living with limb loss, which sparked a strong interest in helping people overcome barriers, build confidence and find ways to stay active.

Harry has experience working with a wide range of ages and abilities, from developing running mechanics and strength and conditioning programs for young athletes, to delivering ONERO group classes and hydrotherapy. He enjoys working across a variety of areas, including neurological conditions such as stroke and traumatic brain injury, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic conditions, general strength and conditioning, and sporting rehabilitation.

Harry takes a practical and individualised approach to exercise, working with each client to understand what is important to them and develop a plan that fits into their life. Whether it’s returning to sport after an injury, managing a chronic condition, improving strength and mobility, or simply feeling more confident with everyday activities, Harry aims to help clients make progress they can feel.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Harry long-distance running, playing volleyball or rock climbing. And if there’s carrot cake around, even better!
