StrideLift is our body-weight-supported treadmill training system, powered by the LightSpeed® Lift Body Weight Support technology. Unlike traditional harness systems, StrideLift supports the body from the hips, allowing a natural walking and running motion while reducing impact through the lower limbs.
By offloading up to 30kg of body weight, StrideLift helps patients and athletes move with less pain, reduced joint stress, and greater confidence. It can be used for rehabilitation, return-to-running programs, athletic performance training, and general fitness.
Benefits may include the following:
- Reduce impact forces and joint loading during walking and running
- Exercise with less pain and greater comfort
- Return to walking and running sooner after injury or surgery
- Improve walking and running mechanics
- Improve running economy and movement efficiency
- Maintain or improve cardiovascular fitness during rehabilitation
