Zara graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2024. Gaining experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation in private practice, orthopaedic and acute injury management with Surfers Paradise AFL club. 

Zara takes an active, exercise-based approach to physiotherapy, whilst also using hand-on treatment. She has a focus on empowering people with education, building strength and resilience, and tailoring rehab programs to support their return to sport, work, or daily life. Zara is passionate about guiding patients through post-operative rehabilitations, lower limb conditions and helping athletes prevent re-injury so they can perform at their best. 

Outside the clinic, Zara is involved in running and AFL, allowing her to stay connected to the sporting community. These experiences provide her with valuable insight into the physical and mental challenges of returning to sport after injury.
