Tevan completed a Masters of Physiotherapy Studies and is currently completing a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy, both at the University of Queensland, alongside a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Exercise Physiology). Growing up in Canada, Tevan was heavily involved in football and basketball as both a player and coach, which sparked a natural interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation — an interest deepened through his own experiences with injury.
Tevan enjoys all aspects of physiotherapy, with a particular focus on lower limb injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and return-to-sport programming. He has worked across a diverse range of settings including private practice, elite youth development, and professional sport.
His sporting roles have included Head Physiotherapist at Brisbane Roar Academy, Head Physiotherapist at Lions FC (NPL Men), and Assistant Physiotherapist with the Brisbane Roar A-League Men’s team. Tevan currently serves as Head Physiotherapist for Brisbane Roar FC’s A-League Women’s team, where he led the medical team through the club’s most successful A-League Women’s season in recent years, finishing 4th and reaching the Semi-Finals.
