Sinead completed her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Physiology in Ireland in 2019, which sparked her interest in pursuing a career in physiotherapy. She then moved to the United Kingdom to start her Physiotherapy degree, graduating in 2023. During her time in the UK, Sinead gained valuable experience working in older people’s inpatient rehabilitation services and musculoskeletal outpatients’ services.

In 2024, Sinead moved to Australia to further develop her career, working in a private clinic in Brisbane before recently relocating to the Gold Coast. During this time, she has worked with a wide range of clients, including those recovering from surgery, WorkCover referrals, NDIS participants, and DVA clients.

Sinead enjoys supporting people through post-operative recovery and sports injury rehabilitation, helping each client return to their best and achieve their individual goals. Passionate about providing tailored, evidence-based care, she takes pride in empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery and long-term wellbeing.
