Ruby graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2020 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and has since been practicing in Brisbane. She is committed to fostering genuine relationships, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing structured, individualised exercise programs to support successful outcomes.

Ruby has experience managing a wide range of clinical conditions across chronic disease, rehabilitation and sporting performance. Her clinical special interests include neurological, oncological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as running and triathlon. She has a particular interest in exercise prescription, injury prevention and management, return to running, training load management, and supporting athletes to safely develop capacity and performance.

Ruby has played a key role in the introduction and development of StrideLift – Load Alteration System within the clinic. She is passionate about utilising load alteration technology across rehabilitation, return-to-running, recovery and performance training, enabling patients and athletes to modify their loading while maintaining meaningful cardiovascular and movement-based exercise.

Ruby takes an individualised, evidence-informed approach to exercise, combining comprehensive assessment with targeted exercise prescription to help people return to the activities they enjoy and achieve their health, rehabilitation and performance goals.

Outside the clinic, Ruby enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors, particularly running, cycling and hiking.
