
Lauren is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian who provides practical, personalised and evidence-based nutrition support. She works collaboratively with her clients to develop realistic strategies that suit their health needs, training demands and daily life.
Lauren specialises in sports nutrition and supports recreational through to competitive athletes with performance nutrition, training and recovery, event and race fuelling, hydration, gut training, body composition goals, injury recovery, bone health and low energy availability or RED-S.
She has also completed further training in the low FODMAP diet through Monash University and supports people with irritable bowel syndrome to identify their individual food triggers while maintaining a varied and nutritionally balanced diet.
Lauren’s other areas of interest include:
- Gut health, including inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, diverticular disease, coeliac disease, food allergies and food intolerances
- Women’s health, including PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause and menopause
- Chronic disease management, including diabetes, cardiovascular health, high cholesterol and high blood pressure
- Eating disorders and disordered eating, working alongside the client’s broader treatment team
- Healthy and sustainable weight management
- General nutrition and improving relationships with food
Lauren takes a supportive and individualised approach, helping clients translate nutrition advice into manageable changes that can be sustained long term. She will be consulting at our practice on Monday’s from 8am-12:30pm and Tuesday’s from 8am-4:30pm.
