Kieria graduated from The University of Queensland in 2009 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Honours. She has worked in Brisbane musculoskeletal private practice, working with various junior sporting groups such as rugby, swimming, golf, soccer and running. During this time, Kieria developed an interest in preventative injury screening and performance enhancement programs for the previously mentioned sports. From there she has translated those skills across to preventative education, exercise and treatment for day to day sports/hobbies and lifestyles. Kieria undertook further study with DMA Clinical Pilates in 2010 and has enjoyed utilising Pilates to prevent, treat and manage injuries. She has a particular interest in management of neck and thoracic injury and dysfunction.
