
Katrina is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Scientist with a passion for sports, snowboarding, and strength training. Since beginning her work in private practice, she has supported a diverse range of clients managing chronic health conditions. She has developed a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries, older adults, diabetes, and athletic performance. Which has seen her work with Morningside Panther’s senior women’s QAFL team as a strength and conditioning coach.
Katrina believes that exercise is the best medicine and is dedicated to empowering her clients to feel stronger, move with confidence, and improve their overall wellbeing.
