Kat has 28 years of experience as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.  Graduating from Otago University in NZ, she has worked in New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore.

After spending three years working at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island in the U.S., Kat moved to London and established her own Physiotherapy and Pilates private practice on Harley Street. After 15 years in the U.K. and a further 10 years in private practice in Singapore she moved to Brisbane with her family in 2023.

Kat received a Graduate Certificate in Manual Therapy from Curtin University in Perth and she is also a Pilates instructor with a Polestar Pilates Rehabilitaion qualification.

Kat has an interest in dance-related injuries having been a dancer herself and she has worked extensively with musculoskeletal conditions in pre and postnatal women. She also has significant experience working with complex pain patients, post-surgical rehabilitation patients, and with back, neck and hip pain/dysfunction.

Outside of work Kat enjoys Crossfit, Pilates and photography.
