Kait joined Allsports Redcliffe clinic after graduating from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. She has a long history in allied health care – working within several clinical optometry clinics as an optical dispenser and technician.  

Kait’s key interests lie within the cardiovascular and metabolic fields as well as lower limb rehab from injury or post-surgery. She has worked with women’s football teams and competed as a powerlifter, giving her a deeper understanding of the role of strength training.  

Outside of work you can catch her out camping with her dog or frequenting the gym.
