James graduated from Griffith University with an Honours degree, with his research in sports related concussion assessment presented at the 2026 Scandinavian Sports Congress.

He brings a strong background in personal training and junior competitive sport, giving him firsthand insight into the physical and mental challenges that come with injury, rehabilitation, and return to performance.

James has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, with a particular focus on injury management, load progression, and return to sport rehabilitation. He values a patient-centered approach and enjoys working closely with individuals to help them move better, build resilience, and get back to doing what they enjoy.

Outside of the clinic, James can usually be found training in the gym, spending time at the beach, or following the AFL and NRL.
