
Henry Morris is a recent graduate who will be joining All Sports Parkwood in 2025. He completed his Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology/Exercise Science at Griffith University in 2024. Henry is committed to fostering genuine relationships, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing structured plans as the foundation for successful outcomes. Henry is experienced in all aspects of Exercise Physiology however is particularly passionate about musculoskeletal, metabolic, and men’s health, with a strong emphasis on injury rehabilitation, pre- and post-surgery care, and injury prevention.
Throughout his life, Henry has been deeply involved in sports, including rowing, cricket, football, and rugby union, where he currently plays for the Griffith University Knights. In this role, he contributes to player development and supports junior teams and strength and conditioning coaches.
When he’s not playing sport, Henry enjoys spending time on his family’s cattle farm in the Northern Rivers, where he grew up. His outdoor activities include riding dirt bikes, horseback riding, and mustering cattle. I look forward to meeting you all!
