Henry Morris is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who joined Allsports Parkwood in 2025 after completing a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and Exercise Science at Griffith University in 2024.
Since graduating, Henry has continued developing his clinical skills and broadening his areas of interest within exercise physiology. He is passionate about building genuine relationships with his clients, completing thorough assessments, and creating structured, evidence-based programs that support long term health and performance.
Henry has a strong clinical focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, and pre and post-surgical care. He has also developed a growing interest in improving bone mineral density and supporting individuals living with osteoporosis, helping clients maintain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted exercise.
Henry enjoys working with a wide range of clients and is committed to helping people return to the activities they enjoy through safe, progressive, and personalised exercise programs.
When he’s not playing sport, Henry enjoys spending time on his family’s cattle farm in the Northern Rivers, where he grew up. His outdoor activities include riding dirt bikes, horseback riding, and mustering cattle. He looks forward to meeting you all!
