Dana is a physiotherapist from Alberta, Canada, now practicing in Australia after completing her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland (UQ). Dana has a background built on two undergraduate degrees from the University of Alberta: a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her education in human movement, behavior, and mental health enables her to provide well-rounded, individualized care to each patient.
Through her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, she gained a strong understanding of biomechanics and exercise science. Her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology further enhanced her ability to understand the mental and emotional aspects of rehabilitation and athletic performance, allowing her to understand both physical and psychological factors. At UQ, Dana’s Master of Physiotherapy program provided extensive hands-on clinical experience, where she honed her critical thinking and clinical skills.
