Hi! I’m Cindy a registered psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals improve their lives. I work from a trauma informed lens, have an empathetic and understanding approach, which will leave you feeling seen and heard.

I have extensive experience working with a range of diagnosis and mental health issues inclusive of: Anxiety, Depression, DID, Anger issues, Complex PTSD, PTSD and trauma. I see both adolescent and adult clients from various backgrounds, inclusive of NDIS, Mental Health Plans, Veterans Affairs and Victims of Crime.

Outside of work, I focus on my family and self-care. This includes quality time with my husband and child through bush walks, beach swims and travelling. Making sure to fit in a daily meditation and 3k run where I can.
