Cailam completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University in 2024, where he developed a strong passion for clinical problem-solving and managing a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. He is committed to staying current with emerging research and integrates evidence-based strategies including manual therapy, education and empowerment, and individually tailored exercise programs.

Alongside his clinical training, Cailam has undertaken additional postgraduate professional development, including the ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning course. Drawing on his own background in a variety of sports—and his experiences as both an athlete and a patient—he understands the challenges, pressures, and setbacks involved in returning to the activities you love. As someone who avoids cardio at the gym whenever possible but will happily spend three hours surfing, he knows firsthand that exercise needs to be enjoyable, meaningful, and aligned with your goals.

Outside of work, Cailam enjoys staying active at the gym, boxing, and surfing whenever he can.
