Amanda discovered Pilates in 2013, and loved the way it made her feel stronger and more flexible as well as enhancing her mind body connection. This new found passion quickly developed into regular practice of 2-3 hours a day, a few days a week, and then a decision to train as a Pilates Instructor and share her passion with others.

Amanda attained her certificate IV in Matwork and Reformer Pilates in 2019, and a further Certificate IV and Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology in 2021. Amanda loves seeing the progress her clients make week to week and the difference this makes to physical and mental health, as well as the shared enjoyment of achievement as clients master new challenges in their Pilates practice.

When not Teaching Pilates Amanda enjoys boating and fishing with her husband, chilling with her cats, and sweating out in a Bikram yoga.
