Tom is an experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist, holding a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Queensland University of Technology. He is passionate about helping individuals of all ages manage their health, with a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and strength and conditioning for improved function and quality of life.

Tom is dedicated to delivering personalised, evidence-based exercise programs that address the unique needs and goals of each client. Whether the focus is on restoring mobility, managing a chronic condition, enhancing physical resilience, or improving overall wellbeing, Tom takes a holistic approach that prioritises long-term health outcomes and sustainable progress.

Drawing from his extensive background in sport, including over 20 years of competitive football (soccer), Tom developed a deep appreciation for injury prevention and rehabilitation. His personal experiences with injury have strengthened his commitment to designing targeted programs that support recovery and enhance physical performance. He has also worked with a range of sporting organisations, developing injury prevention and strength programs for local cricket and soccer clubs, as well as school teams competing at state level.

Within the clinic, Tom leads a variety of group-based and individualised exercise classes, including All Active, Clinical programs, and ONERO group classes — a specialised program designed to support individuals diagnosed with osteopenia and osteoporosis in improving bone health, strength, and balance.

Outside of his professional role, Tom enjoys travelling, playing golf and football, and running with his husky, Leo.
