Lachlan practices as an Exercise Physiologist at Allsports Parkwood with the aim of improving the physical performance of individuals in pursuit of best training practices and reaching their fullest potential. Lachlan graduated from Griffith University in 2018 with a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Science having previously completed a Bachelor in Exercise Science, where he gained a range of clinical experience in areas of cardio-respiratory, cancer, neuro, renal, mens health, mental health and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. 

Lachlan has assisted on numerous research projects with Griffith University and GCUH in areas of chronic pain and athlete development. These projects have led him to assist in programs such as athlete preparation for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games

Outside of clinical practice, Lachlan works as the Head of Performance for the Burleigh Bears Rugby League Football Club, overseeing the athletic development of players from the QLD Cup to local level competitions. He has a particular interest in the education of fundamental skills to lessen injury rates of athletes, running biomechanics and rehabilitation for all sporting injuries.

Lachlan has a passion for chronic disease management; particularly osteoporosis, obesity, diabetes, and heart disease through lifestyle interventions and education for all his patients, following the ethos of exercise is medicine.
