Lachlan is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life. After graduating from Griffith University in 2018, he has worked with a wide range of individuals looking to improve their health, strength and physical function.
As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Lachlan works with people of all ages, from children and adolescents through to older adults. He supports individuals managing a variety of conditions including osteoarthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and persistent pain. Lachlan believes exercise is one of the most effective tools for improving health, maintaining independence and enhancing overall quality of life.
He takes a personalised and practical approach to rehabilitation, combining thorough assessments with evidence-based exercise programs designed to build strength, improve mobility and restore confidence in movement. Lachlan particularly enjoys helping adults and older adults maintain their independence and continue doing the activities they enjoy.
Outside of clinical practice, Lachlan has also worked in the sporting sector and previously served as Head of Performance for the Burleigh Bears Rugby League Club, where he was responsible for athlete preparation, strength and conditioning, and injury management.
