Kai is a performance psychologist with experience working across the elite and amateur sport. His passion and love for sports has driven him to work in sport psychology, and to help people achieve their goals. Kai has worked with athletes of all ages and experience levels, including paralympians and professional athletes.
He has been lucky enough to assist teams at large sporting events, including a world cup. He has worked in a number of different sports, including rugby league, cross-fit, football, volleyball, cricket, and goalball, and performance areas, such as those working in high-pressure business environments.
Kai does not believe that performance just relates to the sporting field, but also for the performing arts, business, and other aspects of wellbeing, such as relationships. In addition to performance psychology, Kai also has experience assisting individuals experiencing difficulties with chronic pain and injury management. He feels that his strength is his ability to be adaptable, and to work with his clients to develop self-awareness and skills to assist them in reaching peak performance, whether that be on the field, stage, or in everyday life.
