Jess is a physiotherapist with a background in sports and clinical rehabilitation. She holds a physiotherapy degree from Coventry University and a master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of Exeter.

Jess’ professional experience includes working within the NHS in the UK, where she has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal and complex conditions in various inpatient and outpatient settings. She has also worked with semi-professional rugby and football teams, supporting athletes with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance-focused recovery.

Jess has undertaken further qualifications in pelvic health, allowing her to support women with gynaecology conditions and throughout pregnancy, with a special interest in returning to exercise post-partum. Jess is also currently part of the multi-disciplinary team supporting the Paediatric Rheumatology clinic, Arthur House, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for young patients with rheumatological conditions.

Outside of work, Jess stays active playing hockey and OzTag, training in Pilates and boxing, as well as regularly attending the gym.
