Dan graduated as a Physiotherapist from Bond University in 2015, following completion of a Bachelor of Exercise Science with research-based Honours at Griffith University. During his studies and across 8 years of clinical practice, Dan has gained extensive experience in pain management, sporting injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well as post-operative neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation. He has completed research in the muscular and metabolic effects of repeated-sprint running, as well as perceived and actual impacts of load carriage on marksmanship with the Tactical Operations Unit of NSW Police.

Dan has a strong interest in sports injury prevention and rehabilitation and has worked with local sporting teams, the Gold Coast Suns AFL club and Hockey Queensland. He has particular interests in running, trail running and team-based ball sports and has completed his Level 1 Sports Physiotherapy course through the APA. Dan approaches each consultation with the aim of using evidence-based treatment and education to help patients achieve their goals, improve their quality of life and rehabilitate or prevent injuries as completely as possible.

Outside of the clinic, Dan loves spending time with his young family and getting outdoors to the mountains, the hinterland and the beach.
