Julian is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with nine years of extensive experience bridging clinical research and private practice. Throughout his career, Julian has developed a wide scope of expertise across several chronic conditions, including cardiorespiratory, metabolic and musculoskeletal health.

With a deep commitment to evidence-based practice, Julian has spent three years contributing to vital clinical research projects across Griffith University, QUT, and UNSW. He brings a specialized expertise in bone health and safe mechanical loading protocols to help clients combat osteoporosis and optimize physical resilience. He has also contributed to projects investigating the benefits of exercise in cardiorespiratory and oncology settings.

Beyond his clinical and research roles, Julian has worked as a Simulation Facilitator at Griffith University, a role that highlights his strong communication, mentoring, and leadership capabilities. He is driven to work with clients to provide individualised care which is informed by current clinical research.
