Cooper graduated from Australian Catholic University (ACU) with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has developed broad experience working with athletes and active individuals across a wide range of sports and injury presentations.
He has a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, particularly acute sporting injuries, rehabilitation, return-to-sport planning, and bone stress injuries. Cooper is passionate about helping people recover from injury, perform at their best, and stay active long term.
As Lead Physiotherapist for Northstar Football Club, Cooper manages acute injuries, rehabilitation, and return-to-play decisions for athletes competing at a high level. His experience also extends across football, rugby union, hockey, basketball, athletics, endurance sports, and cycling.
With a background in elite track and field, Cooper understands the demands of training and competition firsthand. He combines evidence-based treatment with a practical, goal-focused approach to help patients achieve their goals and return to doing what they enjoy.
