Finn is an Exercise Physiologist with a keen interest in guiding individuals to move well, recover from injury and perform at their highest potential.
Formerly the Head of Strength & Conditioning at Eastern Ranges FC, Finn has experience preparing potential AFL Draftees for selection. Preparing teenagers for professional football requires developing muscular strength and size, lifting technique and movement competency, and the capacity to run far and sprint fast.
Finn loves basketball and will talk all things NBA if given the chance. Having gone through the Victorian basketball pathway himself with state team appearances as a junior, five years in the SEABL/NBL1 competitions and playing alongside Olympic and NBA G-League talent, Finn knows what training at the elite level looks like.
Having sustained an ACL injury in 2019 and an ankle injury in 2021, Finn can empathise with injured people (athlete or otherwise) as they navigate their return to competition, work and life.
