Dakota graduated as an Exercise Physiologist, having previously completed an Undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. He loves nothing more than helping others to build or reclaim their sense of resilience and self-efficacy; guiding people with the tools to self-manage their health and well-being and providing support and understanding to those with chronic health conditions.

He is passionate about understanding his clients and collaboratively building action plans together that are meaningful and important – based on client preferences and their values as human beings. Otherwise, Dakota is enthusiastic about all forms of movement that can provide joy and a sense of accomplishment. He has participated in rugby union without knowing the rules and now finds himself weightlifting, falling off skateboards and just trying to have fun whenever he can!

Dakota also attends mentorship sessions to further hone his craft and stay up to date with the current base of evidence!
