Chrissy specialises in sporting injuries including running related injuries, ACL rehabilitation, hip/groin pain and shoulder injuries in throwers. She has a background in strength and conditioning, yoga and Pilates and leads a number of our dynamic classes. Chrissy has extensive experience in a variety of sports and has previously worked with a variety of sports including the Australian Stingers at the World Water Polo championships, North Melbourne AFLW, VFL, and community soccer and hockey clubs.
Outside of work, her interests lie in sport generally, including running, futsal, soccer, bushwalking and never getting off her “Ls” for surfing. You may sometimes spot her out and about playing her tunes on the keys.
