Caitlin McHattie

Caity completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University in 2020, where she developed a strong interest in the management and prevention of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries in both adolescent and adult populations. She is passionate about empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to manage their injuries and return to the activities they love.

With 17 years of competitive swimming experience, Caity understands the frustrations of injury and the challenge of balancing sport with everyday life. She has also competed in high-level water polo and netball teams and has more recently embraced running and triathlons.

Outside the clinic, Caity enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with friends, and loves to travel. She has recently returned to Australia after living and working in the UK.

Caity is certified in dry needling and has completed the ESSA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning qualification.
