Ben Schrader Physiotherapist

Ben is a full time Physiotherapist here at Coral Coast Physio and has been with the team since graduating in 2017 from Central Queensland University.  Growing up playing Rugby League and Touch Football, he has a keen interest in sport and musculoskeletal conditions. After 7 years employment with the NRL Development, he has worked with several sporting teams, including most recently as the Head Trainer for the Wide Bay Bulls QRL side and Central Queensland High Performance Sporting Academy.

Ben has a professional interest in combining his experiences and skills from athlete development programs into the clinic, to mitigate injury risk and improve athletic performance and adolescent gross motor development. He brings with him an extensive background in strength & conditioning and is further qualified as an ASCA Level 1 S&C Coach, Level 1 Sports Physiotherapist, Blood Flow Restriction Instructor and a qualified Dry Needling Practitioner. Outside of sports rehabilitation, Ben also enjoys working with people suffering from complex musculoskeletal conditions to reduce pain and provide continued care to improve overall health and wellbeing.
