Injured at work? Our exercise physiologists provide a four-week work hardening program aimed at providing a comprehensive injury rehabilitation service to help you back to fitness.

Our program assesses the needs, goals and aims of each individual and then helps to restore general strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and core strength. The four-week program includes:

A mix of supervised and unsupervised gym sessions

Initial assessment and final progress reports

Simulated work activities

Monthly gym membership fees
