Tom graduated with a Bachelors in Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University. Tom’s wide sport and, strength & conditioning backgrounds are the driving factors for his keen interest in all musculoskeletal and sports injuries. In spite of Tom’s interest in sport and strength training, he recognises a moderation of both activity and recovery are needed in providing you with holistic care. Tom has been an experienced Level 3 Pilates instructor and versed in Dry Needling techniques to aid you in your recovery and self-maintenance efforts to seamlessly attain your goals. 

In his spare time, you would most likely find Tom somewhere in the gym pushing his limits.

When not enjoying the challenge of structured strength training, Tom’s typically enjoying a scenic lookout view or planning the next camping/hiking trip.
