Stephanie is a passionate, dedicated fitness instructor bringing over nine years of experience in the fitness industry. After taking a short break to focus on her growing family, she returned to teaching with a renewed appreciation for the role movement plays in supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.

With a background in ballet, contemporary and musical theatre, Stephanie’s approach to teaching is strongly influenced by her love of movement, technique, and expression. She believes that fitness is about more than just exercise – it’s about helping people connect with their bodies, discover their strength, and build confidence both in and outside of the studio.

Over the past three years, Stephanie has specialised in Reformer Pilates and has developed a strong interest in supporting youth sports athletes, as well as a deep passion and understanding working with pre- and post-natal clients. She also enjoys teaching Barre, Aerial Hoop, Pole, Trigger Point Pilates, and Dance Fitness, bringing creativity, precision, and encouragement to every class she leads.

Stephanie is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to move, learn, and grow.
