Natasha_Thorne

Hi there! I’m Natasha and have worked in Allied Health and the Fitness Industry for over 18years. I first completed my studies with a dual Diploma in Sport and Recreation/Fitness back in 2005. Working on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast working with junior sports athletes, post-natal women and managing fitness facilities. Wanting to further my studies and really build a connection to clients and those with sub-acute and chronic diseases I then graduated with my Bachelor or Exercise Science in 2015 then furthered my education with a Graduate Diploma at Griffith University in 2016. Yep, back on the books again currently completing my Post Graduate Certificate in Neurological Rehabilitation. Everyone who knows me calls me Tash and I have a great passion to help others on their journey, assisting patients and clients building a support team to help them achieve their goals whatever they may be.

I have an extensive background in COPD, Osteoporosis, Chronic Pain, Clinical Pilates, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Women’s Health and Neurological Rehabilitation. I have also been an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach for over 18years with a special interest in Netball, Basketball, Junior Athletics, and Dance Conditioning.

You can find me in my spare time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Fraser Coast whether that be sitting at her local coffee spot with friends, training at her local CrossFit gym, or walking along the beautiful beaches.
