Mitch grew up playing team sports such as soccer, cricket and AFL. Because of this, Mitch was always interested in the best ways to improve the body for sporting performance and has always studied the best practices in recovery for sport. As many people do, he struggled with soreness and lots of minor injuries. That’s where he found out how important massage could really be for recovery, which in the long run then helps performance, and his passion grew. He has a keen interest in sharing his knowledge of recovery techniques that have worked for him. Mitch now competes in Ironman triathlons and treats a lot of endurance athletes, along with casual gym-goers and sports teams.
