Lily is an Exercise Physiologist from Brisbane who completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Her expertise in chronic and acute health conditions, biomechanics, and evidence-based exercise interventions enables her to provide a well-rounded and individualised clinical approach for
every patient.
Lily has a strong understanding of a wide range of conditions across all age groups, including neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic, and musculoskeletal presentations. She takes pride in creating tailored programs that address physical function while also supporting psychological well-being and long-term health outcomes.

Over the last 12 months, Lily has worked extensively in spinal rehabilitation and postoperative recovery. She has completed additional training in spinal exercise interventions, developed skills in interpreting spinal imaging, and contributed to ongoing research in this area. She individualises each program using functional testing and evidence-based exercise to track progress and optimise outcomes.
Lily’s approach empowers clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation, combining functional exercise, education, and psychological support to help restore confidence and independence in movement.

Personal Life and Interests
Outside of work, Lily is constantly on the move. A former semi-professional beach volleyball player, she still enjoys hitting the sand for the occasional tournament or training session. She has recently returned to dancing and swimming, two lifelong passions that keep her connected to movement and creativity.
When she’s not exercising, Lily can usually be found at home with her black Labrador, Winnie, and English Springer Spaniel, Henry, often cooking up a new recipe with her two furry sous-chefs by her side. She also loves to travel and is always planning her next adventure.
Lily embodies the values she promotes in her clinical practice — living an active, balanced lifestyle and inspiring others to do the same through sustainable, meaningful movement.
