Lauren grew up in Adelaide until the age of 14 when she moved to America with her family for five years. She finished her secondary schooling over there and did two years of college studying Exercise Physiology with the intention of becoming a physical therapist. Her journey then brought her back to Adelaide where she studied physiotherapy at the University of South Australia.

Lauren has a passion for helping people achieve their movement goals and understands that no one person is the same even if their diagnosis is.  She believes in empowering patients through education, hands on therapy and exercise to improve quality of life.

Lauren has had extensive experience in the sporting sphere, beginning as a sports trainer for Australian football, both at an amateur and SANFL level, whilst completing her studies. Once graduating and obtaining a private practice job she was made Head Physio for the Woodville West Torrens Football Club Women’s team where she remained for two years before making the move to Port Lincoln.

She remains heavily interested and involved in her own sporting ventures and plans to continue her studies and professional development in this field. Lauren is happy to help anyone in need and looks forward to seeing you in the clinic.
