Lachlan joined The Gap (& Kangaroo Point) after graduating from QUT with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. After being a personal trainer for 4 years Lachie chose to expand his knowledge and become an Exercise Physiologist. Lachie believes that exercise is for everyone and a key part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, along with managing personal life. Lachie has a keen interest in working with mental health, musculoskeletal, and metabolic conditions for all ages. Lachie loves to maintain an active lifestyle whether that be training, going to the beach, or going on adventures.
