Jace completed his Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science at James Cook University in Cairns and then a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Rehabilitation at Federation University in Ballarat in 2011. After completing his studies, Jace worked in a variety of roles practicing and volunteering to gain experience all under the guidance of some brilliant GP’s and physiotherapists.
Jace’s program’s focus on functionality and looking at the ‘whole picture’ when managing old “niggling” issues as well as acute injuries or conditions. This direction will help you to achieve your strongest, most energetic and healthiest state of health possible through the prescription of programs that continue to be sustainable, motivating and give you the opportunity to be the best version of yourself, period.

Jace prioritizes a constant and continued focus on expanding his knowledge base. He has also spent the last few years learning more about “functional medicine” and the importance of recognising how dysfunctional ‘cellular health’ can play a role in reducing overall health – this includes diving into everything from ongoing “life” stress, nutrition and sleep and ensuring that not only you’re addressing your daily energy balance needs but education around the impact of topics such as long-term medication usage, consistent yo-yo dieting and exercise output.
Outside of his work, Jace obviously loves keeping fit and trains wherever and whenever possible. He has a love of local football having played and coached for many years and has a keen attention to detail when it comes to improving both individual and team performance. Away from fitness and sport, Jace has four beautiful kids who he spends as much time as he can with and with his partner, Kierlie. Their lives are super busy and often spent with amazing friends and family enjoying anything and everything the Geelong and Surfcoast has to offer.
