Amy graduated from the University of Ballarat in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She then completed a Graduate Diploma of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2015 at Federation University. Since then Amy has worked as an accredited Exercise Physiologist managing clients with a variety of conditions. She uses exercise to help improve overall quality of life, mobility and as a form of rehabilitation.

Amy has gained vast experience in managing patients with a variety of conditions such as: musculo-skeletal injuries, arthritis, pre and post orthopaedic surgical patients, cardiac and respiratory disease, neurological conditions, diabetes and general loss of mobility. She has also developed a wide array of skills through ongoing profession development programs. Amy has clinical experience working with clients of all ages. Furthermore, Amy has a special interest in working with younger athletes to help develop strength and conditioning programs. Amy is a qualified Pilates Instructor and will be holding mat-work classes and 1 on 1 equipment/reformer programs for those requiring core and postural strengthening.

On a personal level Amy enjoys playing netball, going to the gym and being involved in the Hervey Bay Bombers AFL women’s team.
