Balance & Exercise Class
Our over 65’s class is held in our exercise room where participants will have been through a 1 on 1 assessment and an appropriate program designed. The participants will then partake in the group classes, having their balance challenged as well as their musculoskeletal system trained in a range of different ways using a variety of equipment exclusively available to this class. The sessions complement the hands on treatment delivered by our skilled physiotherapists so that clients are able to gain and maintain their personal wellness and fitness goals.
All of our Physiotherapists are trained in exercise prescription. If you’re worried about returning to the gym or you repeatedly injure yourself whilst training, an gym assessment may be what you require. The Physiotherapist will help to identify any risky areas with a Top to Toe assessment and detail an appropriate program accordingly.
