This will teach you how to exercise safely, strengthen you muscles and improve your endurance. Your exerecise program will be based on your individual needs and ability.
Education, Counselling and Support
With education topics including diet and stress management, this will further your understanding of your heart condition and reduce the risk of future heart disease through encouraged lifestyle changes.
Participants require clearance from their cardiologist, and an initial assessment performed before commencing the program.
Classes are primarily aerobic exercise, using a variety of equipment – treadmills, upright bike, recumbent bike, arm machines, free weights and stretch bands.
