With the ever-evolving COVID-19 climate, we are regularly being asked by our patients, friends and family if it’s safe to continue their daily exercise routines. Now, more than ever, we have a very good reason to exercise. We know exercise contributes to good health – and that includes both our physical and mental health and well-being. Even more so in the current situation, we all need a good boost.
If you are going to be working from home, it’s important to set up your workstation as best you can to ensure you are comfortable and are avoiding awkward postures. Setting up a home workstation doesn’t have to be expensive – some simple tips and tricks can work really well.
