Many of our Allsports clinics offer Pilates for patients to assist in there rehabilitation and prevention of musculoskeletal injury.  Allsports pilates instructors are fully qualified physiotherapists who have undertaken further studies and training in Clinical Pilates.  Allsports pilates patients are assessed initially by a physiotherapist and an individual program is then devised specific to the needs and goals of the patient.  Our clinics run equipment based and mat classes supervised by a physiotherapist and also offer individual sessions if preferred.   Our Sherwood and Camp Hill clinics have fully equipped pilates studios with reformers, full trapeze table, barrel and real-time ultrasound.  The pilates sessions and classes are conducted and supervised by physiotherapists and therefore private health insurance rebates may apply.
