Allsports Paediatric Physiotherapy now offers consultations at Max’s House in Red Hill. Bookings for our Red Hill room can be made by calling 38789011. The address of Max’s House is 131 Arthur Tce, Red Hill.
Hard Core Kids® is a unique physiotherapy based exercise class for kids, from toddlers to adolescents. Hard Core Kids® was developed by our Managing Partner Nicole Haynes to create a fun, dynamic exercise environment for children targeted to optimise their physical development. These exercise classes, designed and run by physiotherapists, facilitate and optimize postural awareness, core strength and motor co-ordination in growing children.
We have further developed the Hard Core Kids® program to include cardio based classes. These classes aim to develop general fitness, increase endurance, improve mobility and increase exercise tolerance.
Initial individual assessment by our physiotherapists is required for all children to determine suitability prior to enrolment in classes. The classes are then incorporated into an indivdualised program to address the specific needs and goals of your child. Classes run parallel to the school terms and in addition offer holiday programs throughout the year.

Nicole has also worked as a swimming instructor/coach and spent 4years abroad working as a nanny.
Upon completion of her physiotherapy degree Nicole followed her passion to become the managing partner of the Allsports Paediatric clinic at Sherwood; with the aim to provide physiotherapy services exclusively to children and adolescents.

She gets immense satisfaction from helping children achieve their potential.
Sarah Ring
Sarah has always had a passion in providing physiotherapy services for children. Through her physiotherapy studies Sarah pursued this in the form of research. Sarah was involved in a study at the Royal Children’s Hospital that investigated the effects of a new exercise program for children with Cystic Fibrosis. This program was designed to improve the children’s muscle length and strength whilst in hospital.
Sarah works full time as a physiotherapist at the Glenleighden School in Fig Tree Pocket. Through this work Sarah has developed a particular interest in the impact of a child’s physical profile on their academic and social emotional development. Sarah works with the students to optimise their sensory and motor development to facilitate achievement of educational outcomes.
Sarah joined Allsports Paeditrics in 2008 to deliver the Hard Core Kids® program.
Elise Alexander
Elise joined the Allsports Physiotherapy team in 2005 working as a student aide at the Red Hill clinic whilst she completed her studies at the University of Qld. She has recently begun working in a dual role at the Indooroopilly and Sherwood clinics to pursue her passions in paediatric physiotherapy and sports injury rehabilitation.
Elise has a special interest in developmental paediatric physiotherapy following her work with children with cerebral palsy. Here she worked with a range of children from those with mild physical difficulties to marked physical and intellectual impairments. She was challenged to develop therapy sessions that would engage children in play whilst also facilitating their best physical performance. Elise found it rewarding to see the positive impact therapy had on each child’s self-esteem and their ability to interact with family and peers.
She also has a passion for musculoskeletal injury management in children and adolescents. Elise has three years experience in physiotherapy management and on field coverage of junior football codes working with children aged 5 to 17 years. She has been involved in both the acute and sub-acute management of sporting injuries. Elise is passionate about keeping children physically active in sport and play. Coming from a sporting background herself, she is dedicated to sports-specific rehabilitation to return each child safely and promptly to his or her chosen sport/activity.
